House of Cart offers on-going services for our clients after launch. These services include support for any critical issues the website may encounter as well as content, design, and functionality modifications and enhancements. Monthly front and back end review, report of any issues and/or quick fix.

Plan Options

  • We offer Quarterly, and Pay As You Go plans.
  • Quarterly receive top priority assistance. We will respond within 1-2 business days and follow up with a plan for completing the requested tasks. We will make an effort to turn around most requests within 1 week.
  • We respond to Pay As You Go requests in 2-3 business days and follow up with a plan. Turnaround time may vary based on our availability, ranging from 1-3 weeks

Support Services Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers that clarify some of the questions you may have about our Growth Support Services plans.

How do I put in my requests to Support Services? Our Project Manager will be your main point of contact. The Project Manager will take your requests and make sure they are addressed. The Project Manager will also provide periodic reports as well as updates on the service hours remaining.

How quickly will you respond and execute a request? We will provide prompt response to requests (within a few hours for emergencies, 1-2 business days for Quarterly plans, and 2-3 business days for Pay As You Go plans) and provide estimates on completion times. Completion times may vary based on the type of request. Some may be turned around in a few hours and others may take longer. We will walk you through what needs to be done to complete a request and keep you posted.

What if I go over the hours in a plan?For Quarterly plans, clients may add additional hours by opting for one of our Pay As You Go plans. We will provide updates on number of hours remaining and give ample notice if we think you’ll need additional hours. For Pay As You Go plans, you can simply pay for another Pay As You Go plan if you need additional hours.

What if I don’t use all of my hours? Can my hours roll over? For Quarterly plans, we allow you to roll over up to 5 hours per quarter. At the end of each quarter, the Project Manager will update you on any rollover hours and give you the balance of next quarter’s hours.

We do not allow for rollovers under the other plans.

How do I switch from one plan to another? Simply let the Project Manager know that you’d like to switch your plan and we’ll make it happen. 

Are there certain requests I should approach as a separate project? We recommend any single request that require more than 10 hours of work to be scoped as a separate project. This way, we can dedicate a project team that can design, develop, test, and deploy the request in a more streamlined manner. Depending on the request, we will recommend this course of action if it will result in a more effective process and outcome.
