Refund policy
Once work has commenced on your project, we are unable to offer refunds should you decide not to proceed with your package for any reason. This policy is in place to reflect the time, resources, and expertise that are dedicated to your project from the moment work begins.
However, if you choose not to go ahead with your package before any work has started, we are happy to offer a full refund.
Please be aware that all new clients are subject to an administration fee of $499 plus GST. This fee is necessary to cover the comprehensive administrative processes involved in onboarding, including project preparation, documentation, and account setup to ensure that your project runs smoothly and efficiently from the outset.
