FINALLY!
It’s been SO hard keeping this under wraps but I can finally share with you my epic trip to the Philippines!
I was invited to speak at FiltaCon, a three-day conference held on the beautiful island of Boracay, and it was an experience I will never forget. It was a perfect mix of learning, networking, relaxation, and fun!
Boracay is a true tropical paradise and I was able to enjoy the beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters, and delicious food. It was the perfect way to unwind and disconnect from the daily grind.
Some of us had been working together for 3 years and had never met face-to-face, shaken hands, let alone hugged each other.
As much as I’m proud of the internal culture we’ve built I've always had this urge to meet in person, but given the worldly context it was impossible to do so.
Until last December...
The anticipation a couple of weeks before the trip was KILLING ME. Just picture it: I was finally getting to meet the people I’ve spoken with every day for the past three years.
“It’s going to be so awkward,” I kept telling myself... But, it never was.
It felt like seeing old friends after a long time, we picked up right where we left off.
We had a great time bonding over some delicious local food and an epic bowling match. We also got some serious work done, brainstorming about how we can improve and serve you better.
House of Cart has faced many challenges, as I imagine you have in your business these years. However, I feel like we are now going through our most important years yet.
