How I Make School Holidays & Business Work šŸ˜

Hey there, Anna hereā€¦

If you missed the first part of how I manage school holidays while keeping my business running, no worries!Ā

Today, in Part 2, Iā€™m sharing even more tips on handling the unexpected twists that come with balancing it all.Ā

Hopefully, some of these can work for you too!

Recently, my family and I packed up and headed to Byron Bay for a little getaway.Ā

We stayed at a campground, where the kids made fast friends and spent their days playing until dusk.Ā

For us parents, that meant some much-needed downtime!Ā

Win-win, right?

With the kids entertained, I was able to relax, enjoy the beach, and even sneak in some quick check-ins with the team and emails.Ā

Itā€™s all about balance!

One of the biggest things that helped me keep my business going smoothly during this time was my teamā€™s independence.Ā

My HOC team is so reliable, that they can manage solo without needing me every step of the way though Iā€™m still available when necessary.Ā

Itā€™s such a relief to have a capable team who can make decisions on their own.

Hiring the right people really does pay off.Ā

Itā€™s what lets me focus on family while knowing the business is still running strong.

Speaking of family time, we had an absolute blast!Ā

Our faces say it all. šŸ˜

From endless beach days, sun-soaked surf sessions, and laid-back bike rides to exploring the local shops and dining outā€”this holiday has really filled our cups and left us feeling ready for the last week of the school break at home.

So, thatā€™s my secret to balancing it all.

Getting the right support in place, unplugging when I need to, and soaking up precious moments with the family.

Got any tips of your own for surviving the holidays while running a business?Ā

You're welcome to share them with me- just hit reply!

Hereā€™s to making the most of these last few days before school starts again!

Much love,

Anna
