From a $99 Store Build to House of Cart

Eight years ago, the first Shopify store I built cost $99.

At the time, it felt like a big project.

The goal was simple: help someone get their idea online.

No CRO frameworks.

No playbooks.

No fancy growth strategies.

Just a laptop, a lot of trial and error, and a genuine excitement for helping someone launch their business.

Looking back now, that little $99 build turned out to be the start of something much bigger.

Today, for our 8th anniversary, we thought it would be a great idea to take a quick trip down memory lane.
