I drove 4,835 km to remember this one thing 😉✨
Sundays with Anna | Newsletter #34
Hey,
We’ve just landed back in Australia, jet-lagged, a little sandy, and a lot grateful. That first RV adventure is officially wrapped, and before real life rushes in, here’s a quick scrapbook page of the moments I don’t want to forget.
-
Miles & milestones
We crossed 9 states and clocked 4,845 km in 30 days! New road signs, new snack aisles, and a camera roll that’s doing overtime.
-
Scenes I’ll replay forever
-
Route 66, Texas: five pairs of feet around the badge, kids debating who has the coolest shoes.
-
Red-rock country: our RV tucked beside sandstone cliffs under a huge blue sky.
-
Two seasons in a week: snow-dusted pines to Sedona’s terracotta glow.

Meeting Ghie (finally!)
I got to hug Ghie, our brilliant US-based assistant who keeps HOC calm and moving. Online is the front door, real hugs are the living room.
And the honest bit?
This trip had both magic and tough days. Travelling as a neurodiverse family is messy, unpredictable, beautiful, exhausting, and unforgettable - often all at once.
But every kilometre reminded me why I built this business in the first place: not for more things, but for more time, more freedom, more memories. Less stuff. More life. More new places to drive to. More moments like these.

Back home, I’m keeping the same rhythm: steady over frantic. Less “do it all,” more “do the next right thing.”
What’s one tiny habit you’ll bring into this next season to keep things steady? One outcome/day, tighter comms windows, or a quick pre-send check?
Hit reply and tell me. I’d love to hear.
With love from home,
Anna x
