I wasn't expecting her to say that 🤭

Sundays with Anna | Newsletter #49

Hey,

Funny story from an audit call this week. 😅

I was going through a store with the founder, screen-share and everything, and I pointed to a page and said, "Hey, this bit's a little confusing."

Before I even finished the sentence, she said, "I know. I've known for like eight months."

And I just sat there for a second, because that's basically every audit call I've ever done.

I've done over 100 of these now, different products, different founders, wildly different businesses.

But that exact moment happens almost every time. I point something out, and they already knew. They weren't surprised. They'd just... let it sit there.

It reminded me of my own junk drawer, if I'm honest. 🙈

I know exactly what's in it. I know it needs sorting. I keep closing it and walking away because there's always something more urgent to deal with first.

Stores are the same. It's never that founders don't know what's broken. It's that "I'll fix it eventually" quietly becomes "I've fixed nothing in eight months."

So on that call, I didn't give her a new insight. I just asked her to actually do the thing she already knew needed doing.

That's it. That's usually the whole "audit."

So, I'm asking you the same thing I asked her.

What's the one thing about your store you've been meaning to fix for way too long?

Hit reply and tell me; I promise I won't judge. My junk drawer says I have no room to talk. 😂

Big love,

Anna x

P.S. If you want someone else's eyes on it instead of just your own, that's genuinely half of what I do all day. Book a call with me and let's take a look together. 💕
