Custom product labels on cart and checkout

Task:

• Place custom product labels (low inventory/no return or exchange) to appear on the cart page/drawer 
• Place custom product attributes (low inventory/no return or exchange) to appear on the checkout page order summary
  
  NOTE: Checkout page customization is only available on Shopify Plus stores. As alternative, we can use product attributes to appear below the product title.
