I wore all the hats… and none of them fit 🤯
Sundays with Anna | Newsletter #23
When I first launched Global Bambino, I thought I was being so smart.
“I’ll do it all myself,” I said.
“I’m saving money,” I said.
“This is fine,” I said... while up at 2 am trying to fix a broken Shopify banner again.
Spoiler alert: it was not fine. 😅
Like most of us, I wore every hat.

I thought I was being clever — saving money, staying scrappy, keeping control.
But to be honest?
Wearing all the hats nearly wore me out.
It wasn’t just the exhaustion (although… yeah, that was real).
It was the hidden cost of doing it all:
→ Time I could’ve spent growing the business
→ Energy wasted on tasks I wasn’t even good at
→ Delays that pushed back launches and slowed down sales
I wish someone had told me back then:
Doing it all yourself might feel productive, but it’s a growth blocker in disguise.
Your time is too valuable to waste on duct-taping everything together.
Let me say this louder for the mums in the back:
Delegating is not a weakness. It’s a strategy.
There’s power in asking for help.
In getting the right support earlier.
Treating your business like a business, not a one-woman juggling act.
You don’t have to DIY to burnout to prove you’re serious about your business.
And you don’t need to wear every hat to wear the “boss” one. 👑
That’s exactly why I started House of Cart — to be the team I wish I had when I was sewing rompers during nap time and crying over automation.
So here’s your friendly heads up…
Next week, I’m sharing the exact services and support I wish I had when I was in that DIY season — and they’ll be on sale for EOFY. 👀
But for now, let me ask you this:
What’s one thing you’re doing right now that you know you could hand off — if you permitted yourself?
Hit reply and tell me. I’d love to hear.
Still removing hats (one at a time),
