Part 1: The Untold Side of My Business Journey đź‘€
I wanted to share something different with you today.Â
Something that goes beyond the usual highlights of running a business.
You know how we usually see those picturesque holiday photos online—the ones where entrepreneurs seem to have it all together?
Well, let me tell you about my own “behind-the-scenes” moment.
This clip captures one of those raw, real moments that often remain unseen.Â
My family and I were on a getaway for a well-deserved sunshine by the hotel pool.Â
Well, they were, at least.
Instead of lounging, I found myself back in the room, sitting on the floor, caught up in the moment I didn’t see coming.
Tears, doubt, and feeling overwhelmed by business demands I just couldn’t put on pause.
I was, miles away from my desk, yet feeling the weight of it all.
This isn’t just me, either—I know so many of us feel this.Â
We go on holiday hoping for a break, but sometimes work has a way of creeping in, no matter how much we want to disconnect.
But here’s the thing: this is entrepreneurship.Â
It’s not just about wins or celebratory posts we love to share.
It’s also about these tough moments—-the time when you’re far from home, trying to hold it together, finding strength you didn’t know you had.
So if you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, know this: you’re not alone.
We all have these moments, and we can lean on each other to get through them.
And honestly, acknowledging this—letting yourself feel it—is sometimes the bravest thing you can do.
Here’s to every part of the journey, even the messy bits. And if this resonates with you, hit reply—I’d love to hear your own story.
Cheers to embracing it all,
Anna
P.S. Stay tuned for Part 2, where I’ll be sharing a few strategies I learned to help make the holiday time actually feel like a holiday—-because we all need it, don’t we?
