If you’ve been here a while, you already know, we’re obsessed with Klaviyo.
It’s the tool behind almost every transformation we build for our clients.
But for the longest time… we weren’t using it properly for ourselves. 🙈
We were preaching automation, segmentation, and nurture while still manually chasing leads, forgetting follow-ups, and relying on the world’s most chaotic to-do list (my inbox).
Then one day, I had the very obvious thought:
“What if we just treated House of Cart like one of our own clients?”
So we did.
✅ We built a lead nurture flow that actually sounds like me
✅ Automated our discovery call reminders (no more missed prep docs!)
✅ Added post-project check-ins that kept conversations alive
✅ Even set up internal alerts so no warm lead ever slips away again
And you know what?
It changed everything.
It gave us space to create, to think, to focus on what actually moves the needle.
Our follow-ups became consistent.
Our inbox stopped being a monster.
And our team? Way less frantic, way more in flow.
It reminded me that automation isn’t about replacing connection, it’s about creating more space for it.
So now, every time we build for a client, I think of this:
If it can make our business run smoother, imagine what it can do for yours.
